At WriteNow Care, we believe the match between counselor and client can be the most important contributor to success. Our clinical team is responsible for personally hand-matching you to the counselor we believe is best suited to help with your unique challenges.
How soon do I get matched with someone?
We strive to match all clients to counselors within 24-48 hours of signing up, and our counselors will reach out in a timely manner to get you started!
Can I request a specific counselor?
If you know a counselor who works on WriteNow Care, you are welcome to reach out to admin@writenow.care to check on their availability for new clients.
Can I switch to a different counselor? How?
We understand that developing a connection with your provider is instrumental to the counseling process. If you’re looking to change counselors, please reach out to our team at admin@writenow.care.
